The Mac-Haydn Theatre is ending its season with a production of Annie which will run through September 2. This is an outstanding conclusion to an outstanding 50th Anniversary season. The musical score is filled with great songs. Most people will remember Tomorrow, but Easy Street, It’s The Hard Luck Life, Little Girls, and N.Y.C . are also great and that is just the first act. Whether you have seen a stage production, or one of the movies or the television show. there is something special seeing it on the Mac-Haydn arena stage where the audience surrounds the fourteen little girls that drive Miss Hannigan crazy and the chorus comes singing down the aisles.
On opening night Bob and I had the pleasure of talking with George Dvorsky who plays Daddy Warbucks, Corrine Tork who plays Grace Farrell, and Gabe Belyeu who plays FDR.
